Overview[edit]

AirEvac Lifeteam is an air ambulance service that is headquartered in O'Fallon, MO. They cover 15 different states and operate with a fleet of 130 aircraft (both airplanes and helicopters). 9 of those aircraft are based in Missouri. AirEvac flies critically ill/injured patients from scenes and smaller rural medical facilities to larger tertiary care hospitals. Response area is generally within a 70-mile radius of each base.

AirEvac Lifeteam is a subsidiary of Air Medical Group Holdings, LLC (AMGH).
