Welcome to the Missouri/Kansas Scanner Radio Wiki Project
Missouri/Kansas Scanner Radio Wiki is an online resource dedicated to radio communications and police scanner hobbyists across Kansas and Missouri. Here, you will find quite a bit of useful information that should help you get the most out of the radio scanning hobby.

Whether you're new to the hobby-or-you've been involved with it for many years, we're certain that you'll find this project very informative!

Most of our wiki articles are arranged by geographic location and contain information about the following:

  • State, County, and Local 9-1-1 dispatch centers.
  • Specific law enforcement, fire, and EMS agencies.
  • Different radio systems that are being used across the region.
  • Patrol zone and response area maps.
  • 10-code listings and other radio terminology used by the different agencies.
  • Radio number/DSN assignments for select agencies.
  • and much more!

Missouri/Kansas Scanner Radio Wiki is a web-based project which allows anyone to add and/or edit information--a collaborative effort--that is available to the entire regional scanning community. If you see something that looks wrong, outdated, or poorly organized, you can click the edit tab at the top of any page to make the necessary adjustments. In fact, we encourage people to update/edit the content. That's the whole point of a wiki project...working together to create and maintain a great resource for everyone.
